The Jewish Free Loan Association of Argentina offers interest-free loans on a non-sectarian basis to individuals and families whose needs are urgent and who may not qualify through normal financial resources. In comparison with charity, they fill an important gap in our social system by promoting self-sufficiency with dignity.

History:
The idea of creating an organization dedicated to lending money without charging interest or any other expenses, was born under the juncture of the Argentinean crisis of 2001. Acceder´s founder, shared with who later on has became the Co-Founder and Executive Director the need to create a new concept in the lending industry, a non-profit foundation with the mission of loaning money to people in financial needs. Without the support of this foundation, they could probably never gain access to a loan within the regular financial system.
About us:
We are a group of young entrepreneurs that are very connected with the social problems in our country and more specifically, the Jewish community. We feel strongly that helping people is a very important and necessary responsibility, but doing it professionally is even better.
We are the first non-English and non-Hebrew speaking organization that has joined the International Association of Hebrew Free Loans, and also the youngest one.
 |
We believe a loan must be made regarding the person’s future and not their past. |
 |
We believe in projects and we support them. |
 |
We believe that trust is achieved only by knowing the history of the people’s lives and not by examining their triumphs and failures. |
 |
We know people’s needs. |
 |
We are flexible and listen to their problems. |
Our philosophy is based on a good relationship with the borrower and in mutual trust, targeting human capital and possibilities of development. |
